One of the celeberties / journo / Film producer was served with a without notice temporary protection order and he got a court hearing to defend himself within 4 weeks, which is great !
The law mandates that a hearing should be allocated in no case later than 42 days.
We aware about cases where it took up to 3 years to get to a court hearing and defend themselves – which is outrageous …… The question is, why they give this journo / celebrity got a hearing within 4 weeks time ???

It’s a disgrace no family gets Justice in the system and they say the kids are set the faster placements when courts hate too long to deal with cases which is a lie as the children still want to go home to their mothers and fathers system needs to change ASAP
