Lawyer for Child

I have a problem when children’s Lawyer dosent protect the best interest of children,we have instructed the Lawyer that a parent has been in an accident,and the reason for the children been taken was due to P. The Lawyer couldn’t find anything yet the police were there and the parent was in hospital with injuries,I gather she didn’t want to dig anything up considering the Judge in the case is 1 sided and just blows the Lawyers apart
