The link states this is for victims of sexual violence. I haven’t read it because I felt there was more to it than the lax heading stated when I read sexual violence…hypothetically, if your ex has sexually violated you and it’s difficult to see them in family court or (likely) they are making court difficult then YES I agree with protecting the victim. This DOES NOT mean the perpetrators counsel won’t act on their behalf for their rights to any children so this posting was not on point coming from me who finds the FC a big joke.
